SUMMARY:Boxing and Brain Fitness

Please note that when you are signing up\, you are committing to all four weeks that start on June 3rd. \nStay active and have fun with Seated Boxing\, led by a former Canadian professional boxer. \nIn this supportive class\, participants will learn basic boxing punches and simple combinations while improving coordination\, confidence\, and mental engagement. Individual support is provided throughout the class. \nThis program is for people living with dementia and their care partners. Light refreshments will be provided. \nNew to this location?\nThe venue is located near O’Connor Station on Line 5 Eglinton\, about 15 minutes east of Yonge and Eglinton.
