It offers a safe and supportive space to learn\, reflect\, and build skills to manage daily caregiving challenges. \n  \nIn this one-day\, in-person small-group workshop\, you will receive: \n\nSimple tools to solve daily caregiving problems\nHands-on coaching with experienced group leaders to practice new strategies\nThe chance to connect with others who understand your experience\n\n  \nSession dates: \nWorkshop: Wednesday July 29\, 2026 – 9:00am-5:00pm (in-person at AST Head office) \nFollow-up session one: Tuesday August 11\, 2026  – 10:00am-11:30am (online via Zoom) \nFollow-up session two: Tuesday August 25\, 2026 – 10:00am-11:30am (online via Zoom) \n  \n  \nIf registration is closed or this schedule does not work for you at this time\, you are encouraged to fill out the form on this webpage: https://alz.to/programs/support-services/enhancing-care-program/. \n  \nRegistration and an assessment are prerequisites.
