DESCRIPTION:Yoga with Julia  \n6-Week Series on Mondays\, January 5th to February 9th\, from 1:30-3:00 PM at St-Andrew’s United Church located at 117 Bloor St East.  \nJanuary 5th\, 12th\, 19th\, 26th\, February 2nd & 9th 2026.  \nJoin a weekly breath-focused therapeutic movement practice to nourish mind\, body\, and soul. Each session will include gentle movements\, breathwork\, and guided relaxation to help you cultivate ease and presence. A principle of the yoga therapy tradition is that if you can breathe\, you can do yoga! As such\, this series is open and safe for students of all abilities and invitations to modify will be offered throughout.  \nJulia Ayearst is a certified Yoga Therapist working throughout Tkaronto.
