DESCRIPTION:Making Strides – Fall in the West End will be held at High Park located at High Park Ave & Bloor St W. \nThursdays\, Sept 17 – Oct 22nd from 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM (6-weeks series) \nSeptember 17th\, 24th\, October 1st\, 8th\, 15th & 22nd 2026 \nJoin us for an in-person 6-part walking series and enjoy activating your body in the beauty of nature. Get your steps in and then enjoy a chat with a drink in the cafe – on us! \nThis series is appropriate for people living with mild to moderate dementia and their care partners who love walking!
