This is an opportunity to enjoy simple refreshments and make new friends in a Dementia Friendly Community Space. \nThe Community Connections Cafe focuses on social wellness for people with memory loss or Dementia\, and their care partners. The program is informal with the intended atmosphere of a local coffee shop where participants can chat over a beverage\, do something creative\, or play a game. \n  \nEvery 3rd Wednesday of the month from 2:30pm to 4:30pm In-person at our AST Head Office\nLocation: 20 Eglinton Ave West\, 16th Floor\, Toronto\n(Northwest corner of Yonge and Eglinton\, across the street from Yonge and Eglinton subway station. Our office tower is to the left of Metro Grocery) \n  \nRegistration is required for this program and closes at midnight (12am) the day prior to the event.\nPlease specify the number of guests attending when you register. DESCRIPTION:8-Week Series on Mondays – October 19th – December 7th from 1:00 – 3:00 PM at St-Andrew’s United Church located at 117 Bloor St East.  \nOctober 19th\, 26th\, November 2nd\, 9th\, 16th\, 23rd\, 30th\, & December 7th 2026  \nGive your mind and body a boost!  \nMinds in Motion® is a program that combines physical activity and mental and social stimulation for individuals with early to mid-stage Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias\, and their care partners.
