SUMMARY:Intergenerational Puppetry
DESCRIPTION:6-Week Series\, November 19th to December 10th \nThursday\, November 19; Friday\, November 20; Thursday\, November 26; Friday\, November 27 from 1:20pm – 2:30pm \nThursday\, December 3; Thursday\, December 10 from 2:35pm – 3:45pm \n\n\n\nJoin us for a two-part puppetry workshop series and enjoy learning new skills in collaboration with Grade 9 (14-15 years old) Drama students at University of Toronto Schools. We will work with the Grade 9 students to create original short puppetry performances together. Throughout the series\, we will also consider: \nWhat can I learn about life\, resilience\, and joy from people of different generations? \nWhat does it truly mean to listen to someone? \nHow can puppetry help us tell stories with depth\, care and imagination? \nHow can shared creative experiences foster connection and community? \nFor more information about this program\, please contact Tracey Adams-Thibaudeau by phone at 647 456 6168
