Join Active Living Program Coordinators – Kristin and Tracey – for Growing Wild\, a nature inspired program from June 4 to June 25\, 1:30 PM -3:00 PM at Trinity Bellwoods Community Center located at 155 Crawford Ave. \nOver the four weeks together we will chat about nature themed topics\, take a stroll to a nearby park\, enjoy some mindful moments in nature and get creative together\, using elements from the natural world around us as inspiration. \nThis program is intended for people living with Dementia along with their Care Partners
