No artistic experience is necessary – just curiosity\, creativity\, and a willingness to explore. \nThe series is facilitated by Tamiko Potts\, a Toronto-based multidisciplinary artist and student art psychotherapist studying at the Canadian International Institute of Art Therapy who believes creativity can help people connect\, reflect\, and find joy in everyday moments. Drawing from their background in visual arts\, storytelling. and community engagement\, they create inclusive and welcoming spaces. Their approach is gentle\, collaborative\, and rooted in curiosity\, cultural humility and compassion incorporating artmaking\, sensory experiences\, and mindfulness alongside creative exploration. \nFor more information\, please contact Kristin Bartlett at kbartlett@alz.to or call 416-389-6099. \nClick HERE to learn more about what to expect in our Active Living Programs.
