DESCRIPTION:Are you part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and caring for an individual diagnosed with OR suspected of having cognitive impairment?\nThis monthly caregiver support group will provide an opportunity for care partners who are part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community to share and learn with other care partners in a supportive and inclusive environment. \nParticipants decide on the focus and direction of the group\, and both practical and emotional needs are explored. \nThis support group meets on the last Thursday of every month from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm online using Zoom \nPlease fill out the following form to be added to the waitlist to join the ongoing support group:\n(Once there is room in the group\, the facilitator(s) will contact you for a brief telephone screening.
