Scarborough. \nThursdays\, July 30th to August 20th from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. \nFind your steady groove with us as we have fun\, move to some great playlists\, and work on the muscles we need to keep ourselves strong. This 1-hour movement session will be offered standing\, with seated options available. Fitness Friends is intended for people living with dementia along with their care partners.
