From the comfort of your home, you’ll have a chance to meet others in a fun and supportive environment and be transported to beautiful outdoor settings. We’ll start each week by awakening our senses through some gentle seated movements to get our bodies warmed up. We’ll introduce the week’s theme through poetry, art, and a short photo slideshow. We’ll also engage in a group chat and demonstrate a weekly hands-on activity that you can try at home. Join our facilitator, Emma Rooney, as we grow our own salad, create floating gardens, learn about Toronto birds, care for houseplants, have a forest bathing experience, start nature journaling and more! Participants will be mailed program materials.

Registration is required to receive the Zoom link to participate.
