This interactive 2 hour workshop will incorporate a U-First and P.I.E.C.E.S approach to help participants reflect on all aspects of their well-being. Through this guided reflection process, participants will identify opportunities for change and start creating a plan to attaining better balance in their lives.

This workshop will be held on Zoom and In-Person at 20 Eglinton Ave W, 16th Floor, Toronto, ON M4R 1K8.
