These short-term support groups are for people living with early-stage memory loss, mild cognitive impairment, or
dementia. These four-session support groups aim to improve quality of life by providing a space where people can share experiences, discuss the emotional impact of a diagnosis and associated losses, share coping strategies, and support one another.

These groups are available in a virtual format (Zoom) and in-person. Each round consists of four weekly sessions that are 60 minutes long. Pre-screening with the person living with early-stage memory loss, mild cognitive impairment, or dementia is required for this group.
