This webinar will explore ways to reduce the risk of developing dementia, supported by healthy brain aging. It will introduce what brain health is, as well as ways to maintain brain health as we age, and slow down progression of dementia.
The webinar will also explore a study at Baycrest in Toronto that is looking for participants. The study measures how well an online brain health assessment, which includes different memory and attention tasks, works on mobile devices to measure brain health.
