Living with Ambiguous Loss Support Group
This 4-week online caregiver support group will provide an opportunity for care partners of individuals living with dementia to come together to support each other through the caregiving experience, with a structured focus on the concept of “Ambiguous Loss”.

The Royal Conservatory of Music – Rebanks Fellowship Community Concerts

AGO Museum Tour
Art Gallery of Ontario 317 Dundas Street West, Toronto, Ontario, CanadaThis is a one-hour guided tour of the Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO) with a hands-on art making program for people living with dementia and their caregivers. The tour is facilitated by an experienced AGO Docent and is assisted by Alzheimer Society of Toronto Staff and Volunteers.

General Caregiver Support Group

Are you part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and caring for an individual diagnosed with OR suspected of having cognitive impairment?
This monthly caregiver support group will provide an opportunity for care partners who are part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community to share and learn with other care partners in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Drop-in Spousal Support Group
Scotiabank Learning Centre, Providence Healthcare 3276 St Clair Ave E, Scarborough, Ontario, CanadaThis monthly, drop-in support group provides an opportunity for spouses of individuals diagnosed with OR suspected of having cognitive impairment come together and support each other through the caregiving experience.

Bereavement Support Group (In Collaboration with Hazel Burns Hospice)
This 8-week online support group meets to provide participants with an opportunity to support each other through the grief and bereavement process. Both practical and emotional needs will be explored to help participants cope with a loss.

Retirement & LTC Caregiver Support Group
This monthly caregiver support group will provide an opportunity for care partners of individuals diagnosed with OR suspected of having cognitive impairment residing in long-term care to come together to share personal feelings and support each other through the caregiving experience.

Yoga Program
St. Andrew's United Church 117 Bloor St E, Toronto, Ontario, CanadaJoin a weekly breath-focused therapeutic movement practice to nourish mind, body, and soul. Each session will include gentle movements, breathwork, and guided relaxation to help you cultivate ease and presence. A principle of the yoga therapy tradition is that if you can breathe, you can do yoga! As such, this series is open and safe for students of all abilities and invitations to modify will be offered throughout.
