Join us for Fitness for Falls Prevention at our Mid-Scarborough Hub, 2658 Eglinton Ave E. Scarborough.
4-Week Series on Thursdays, October 29th – November 19th from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Find your steady groove with us as we have fun, move to some great playlists, and work on the muscles we need to keep ourselves strong. This 1-hour movement session will be offered standing, with seated options available. Fitness Friends is intended for people living with dementia along with their care partners. Light refreshments available.
