Dance Fitness 2026
This gentle low impact dance fitness class with Jenn uses diverse music and simple dance movements to create a dynamic and energizing aerobic workout. With easy to follow moves that can be done seated or standing, this upbeat class is set to positive, playful and uplifting music.

2SLGBTQIA+ Support Group
Are you part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and caring for an individual diagnosed with OR suspected of having cognitive impairment?
This monthly caregiver support group will provide an opportunity for care partners who are part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community to share and learn with other care partners in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Late Stage Support Group
This ongoing monthly support group offers care partners of individuals living with late-stage dementia a space to come together, share their experiences, and find connection with others who understand the realities of caregiving. The facilitator is there to offer support, answer questions and provide education as needed.

Noel Yardley Ceramics 112 Hampton Ave, Toronto, Ontario, CanadaWe will focus on three fundamental hand building skills: making a pinch pot, a coil pot and finally a slab pot. The skills required are relatively simple and accessible to anyone with the right encouragement and support.
