Active Minds Club
The Active Minds Club Young Onset Adult Day Program offers an inclusive, age-appropriate space for recreational, cognitive, and social stimulation while extending respite opportunities for care partners.
Peer Support
Our peer-led outreach programs provide connection and a safe space to discuss practical and emotional needs related to caring for a family member with Alzheimer’s or other dementias.
Finding your Way
Finding Your Way® helps people living with dementia, their families, caregivers and communities to recognize the risk of going missing, be prepared for incidents of going missing, and ensure that people with dementia can live safely in the community.
Alzheimer Society Music Project
The Alzheimer Society Music Project helps individuals with dementia reconnect with the soundtrack of their lives. We provide MP3 players filled with personalized music tailored to each person’s unique tastes and memories. This personalized music experience can significantly benefit those living with dementia by enhancing physical and social activity, rekindling old memories, and improving sleep, mood, cognition, communication, and overall quality of life.
