Keeping active is great for brain health! By making healthy lifestyle choices, you may be able to reduce your risk of dementia and improve your brain’s ability to maintain long-term health. The Alzheimer Society of Toronto has partnered with various athletics events in the community, for all skill levels. Join one of the community events below.

HOPE Volleyball Tournament
The Alzheimer Society of Toronto is a charitable recipient of the 2024 & 2025 HOPE Volleyball Tournament, occurring in June. Join us in 2025 and support those impacted by dementia!
Toronto Waterfront Marathon
AST is excited to be participating in its 19th consecutive TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon! You can select from a 5k, half marathon, or full marathon.
