Celebrating our Care Partners

Creative Connections: An Art Experience for Family/Friend Care Partners
March 26 4:00 – 7:00 PM
Mid-Scarborough Hub
Join us for a special evening dedicated to family/friend care partners of those living with dementia.
This art-based gathering offers a welcoming space to pause, reflect, and connect through creativity. No artistic experience is needed—just a willingness to explore, express, and recharge. This guided art activity will encourage relaxation, and shared understanding among others who truly “get it.”

We want to celebrate YOU on National Caregiver Day
April 7 1:00 – 4:00 PM
AST Headquarters 20 Eglinton Ave W.
The Alzheimer Society of Toronto invites you to join us in recognizing the incredible dedication of the caregivers in our community on National Caregiver Day.
Join us for a relaxing afternoon where caregivers can take a well-deserved break, connect with others who understand the caregiving journey, and enjoy a light lunch in a supportive community environment. To help make this possible, we will also be offering on-site respite for individuals living with dementia during the event if that is needed. This will include an activity and a light lunch as well.
