Individual Art Therapy with Tamiko Potts

| 6 Week, Fridays from October 23 – November 27th at AST located at 20 Eglinton Ave West, 16th floor.
Choose ONE of the time slots below: 10:30 – 11:30 AM 1:00 – 2:00 PM 2:30 – 3:30 PM Facilitated by student art psychotherapist Tamiko Potts, these one-to-one or caregiver-participant sessions use the creative process to support self-expression, emotional wellbeing, identity, and connection. Through art-making and guided reflection, participants are invited to explore memories, strengths, relationships, emotions, and meaningful life experiences in a way that is accessible and adaptable to changing cognitive abilities. Sessions are individualized and may incorporate visual art, sensory experiences, mindfulness, reminiscence, and nature-based approaches. No artistic experience is necessary. |
