Tuning In: Music & Mindfulness
Join us for an immersive and playful weekly series exploring music, mindfulness, and movement. Each session is crafted to cultivate joy, support relaxation, and promote both self-expression and community connection. This series welcomes participants living with mild to moderate dementia or Mild cognitive impairments along with their care team.

East End Friends
This program is an opportunity to meet like-minded people, to engage in meaningful conversations, tap into our creativity and get active. This two-hour social is a great way to find your community and partake in gentle movement to great playlists.

Boxing and Brain Fitness
Join us for a Seated Boxing program. This unique and enjoyable fitness experience, led by a former Canadian professional boxer, is a fun and engaging way to stay active. Classes are done from a seated position, with the option to stand if comfortable.
