Are you or a loved one part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and impacted by dementia and/or Alzheimer’s Disease?

The Alzheimer Society of Toronto will be running a support group that will provide an opportunity for participants to share and learn with others in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Participants will decide on the focus and direction of the group, and both practical and emotional needs will be explored.

The support group meets virtually on the last Thursday of every month from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm using Zoom

(The date for December 2024 is moved to the 2nd last Thursday of the month)
