Each session will include gentle movements, breathwork, and guided relaxation to help you cultivate ease and presence. A principle of the yoga therapy tradition is that if you can breathe, you can do yoga! As such, this series is open and safe for students of all abilities and invitations to modify will be offered throughout.

This gentle low impact dance fitness class with Jenn uses diverse music and simple dance movements to create a dynamic and energizing aerobic workout. With easy to follow moves that can be done seated or standing, this upbeat class is set to positive, playful and uplifting music.

Find your groove with us as we engage with some gentle movement set to some great playlists! This 1-hour movement session will be offered standing, with seated options available.
