Minds in Motion®
St. Andrew's United Church 117 Bloor St E, Toronto, Ontario, CanadaMinds in Motion® is a program that combines physical activity and mental and social stimulation for individuals with early to mid-stage Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, and their care partners. This program is offered once a week for 8 weeks and offers a great environment to establish new friendships with others who are living with similar experiences.

EASE Session 3: Tips in Supporting People with Dementia
The E.A.S.E program is a 4-session program developed for PSWs currently working with persons living with dementia.

Working in Long Term Care Series: Session 1 – Adjusting to Long Term Care

This webinar looks to address the challenges that come with the adjustment to moving to Long Term Care, to reflect on the importance of validating feelings, and learn strategies that support communication with the family members of people living with dementia.

This 8-week online support group meets to provide participants with an opportunity to support each other through the grief and bereavement process. Both practical and emotional needs will be explored to help participants cope with a loss.
