Yoga Program
St. Andrew's United Church 117 Bloor St E, Toronto, Ontario, CanadaJoin a weekly breath-focused therapeutic movement practice to nourish mind, body, and soul. Each session will include gentle movements, breathwork, and guided relaxation to help you cultivate ease and presence. A principle of the yoga therapy tradition is that if you can breathe, you can do yoga! As such, this series is open and safe for students of all abilities and invitations to modify will be offered throughout.
