Each session will include gentle movements, breathwork, and guided relaxation to help you cultivate ease and presence. A principle of the yoga therapy tradition is that if you can breathe, you can do yoga! As such, this series is open and safe for students of all abilities and invitations to modify will be offered throughout.

    This is a one-hour guided tour of the Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO) with a hands-on art making program for people living with dementia and their caregivers. The tour is facilitated by an experienced AGO Docent and is assisted by Alzheimer Society of Toronto Staff and Volunteers.
