Self Care Education
Supporting people living with dementia can be extremely rewarding but does come with its challenges. Enhance your own well-being through our self care educational programs so that you are able to better support people living with dementia.

The E.A.S.E program is a 4 session program developed for PSWs currently working with persons living
with dementia.
TRUST
T.R.U.S.T is a workshop that examines why persons living with dementia may exhibit responsive behaviours that can affect us in many ways.
