Dance Fitness 2026
This gentle low impact dance fitness class with Jenn uses diverse music and simple dance movements to create a dynamic and energizing aerobic workout. With easy to follow moves that can be done seated or standing, this upbeat class is set to positive, playful and uplifting music.

Making Strides West End

This series is appropriate for people living with mild to moderate dementia and their care partners who love walking! We will start with a warmup and then walk for 45 minutes, so please come prepared with comfortable supportive shoes and a bottle of water.
