End of Life Care
This workshop is for care partners of persons in the late stage of dementia. It provides an opportunity to discuss issues regarding changes in the late stage, approaching the End-of-Life, making difficult decisions for this stage, grief and the need to take care of yourself.

ROM Museum Tour, Talk & Tea
Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) 100 Queens Park, Toronto, Ontario, CanadaThis is a one-hour guided tour of a gallery at the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) followed by a conversation over tea and cookies for people living with dementia and their care partners. The tour and conversation are facilitated by an experienced ROM Docent and is assisted by Alzheimer Society of Toronto Staff and Volunteers.

Are you part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and caring for an individual diagnosed with OR suspected of having cognitive impairment?
This monthly caregiver support group will provide an opportunity for care partners who are part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community to share and learn with other care partners in a supportive and inclusive environment.
