Events that offer an exciting range of activities to enhance social inclusion and physical well-being while exploring the benefits of creative therapies for people with dementia and their care partners.
The Active Minds Social Club caters to individuals under the age of 65 who have been diagnosed with dementia. The program offers an inclusive, age-appropriate space for recreational, cognitive and social stimulation, while offering respite opportunity for caregivers.
The Social Club is offered at no cost and includes breakfast, lunch and regular outings.
Every Monday and Friday
Morning: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Afternoon: 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
Program hours are flexible and can accommodate half days or full days if needed.
